In such cases, we’ll promptly replace the item at no extra cost.If you’d prefer not to receive a replacement and wish to return the item, we’ll process it as a standard return. However, please note that a restocking fee of up to 35% of the purchase price may apply, depending on the condition of the returned item. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping charges from the refund amount.
