+++ Hanfling or Hanfy? If you order a Hanfy, you may receive your new insole with the name tag "Hanfling". This is because the insole has changed its name.
So the answer is: Hanfling = Hanfy -- everything else remains the same, from the upper material to the lining to the care recommendations. +++
This insole made of hemp and flax has temperature regulating and moisture absorbing characteristics and thus is as suitable for colder transitional months, as well as warm summer days.
It is wearable transseasonally and the alternative to the insole "Wooly".
The integrated membrane keeps moisture away.
Its 4mm thickness makes it especially suitable for narrow feet, in order to reduce the inner volume of the shoes a little. It may be necessary to choose the next size for the shoe and insole.

Care
We recommend removing the insoles from the shoes after use for airing and to avoid moisture build-up. They can be carefully washed by hand. Allow to dry completely before putting them back.
Not machine washable.

About Returns and Refunds
- How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
- What if I receive a damaged item?
Home products received with cracked materials, broken components, or any visible damage that affects usability or aesthetics are considered defective. In such cases, we’ll promptly replace the item at no extra cost.If you’d prefer not to receive a replacement and wish to return the item, we’ll process it as a standard return. However, please note that a restocking fee of up to 35% of the purchase price may apply, depending on the condition of the returned item. We also reserve the right to deduct any outbound shipping charges from the refund amount.
- When will I receive the refund?
